Why Abra Exists

Hotels have always known. They just haven’t seen the whole picture.

Hotels have always known a lot about their guests. The PMS knows the reservation. The CRM knows the marketing journey. The POS knows the dining preferences. The staff knows the rest.

It barely talks to each other. Systems live in silos. Staff knowledge lives in heads. The institutional memory walks out at every shift change.

We started Abra to build the layer that connects all of it. One that unifies every system, captures what every staff member knows, and orchestrates the right intelligence to the right person at the right moment. An AI brain sitting on top of the hotel’s existing stack, turning scattered data into anticipatory service.

After a decade in this work, I’m convinced hotel teams almost never struggle with caring. Where we struggle is with memory.
